To address this, NXT Interactive created a custom VR training module powered by an intelligent AI avatar, designed to deliver a highly engaging, voice-based learning experience. Instead of passive content consumption, users actively participate in the learning process through natural conversations, decision-making, and real-time feedback.

Intelligent AI Avatar
The virtual supervisor is built with conversational logic and natural language processing (NLP), enabling it to respond to users' natural speech in real time. It adapts to user choices and tone of voice, offering coaching, hints, and reminders as needed. Before each training scenario, the avatar provides guided briefings, helping set the context and expectations for the session.Realistic Training Simulations
Users are placed in immersive VR scenarios that simulate real-world hiring challenges. These include tasks such as candidate evaluations, negotiation handling, and client discussions. Each session begins with preparation guided by the AI avatar and concludes with a performance review based on the user’s decisions, communication style, and behavioral cues.Built-in Feedback and Learning Loops

Tech Stack
The solution is developed using Unity 3D to create immersive VR environments. AI and NLP capabilities are embedded for conversational avatar functionality. It is compatible with Meta Quest 2 headsets and incorporates voice recognition for smooth and intuitive interaction.
