Our Solution
NXT Interactive designed and developed a custom AI-powered web experience tailored to meet DBS’s vision.
1. User Journey & Interface
We began by crafting a clean, user-friendly interface where users could:
Enter anonymized personal information related to their profile.
Select from a curated range of avatar styles—ranging from professional to futuristic.
Preview what they would look like as a stylized avatar before proceeding.
This gave users control over how they wanted to be represented visually, bringing an emotional and engaging layer to the process.
2. Avatar & Cover Image Generation
We integrated generative AI technology to transform selected avatar inputs into unique, high-quality illustrations. The AI engine processed user selections and generated a report cover featuring their chosen avatar in the desired style.
This not only enhanced visual appeal but also gave users a sense of identity and ownership over the final output.
3. Personalized Report Creation
Once the avatar and cover image were finalized:
A dynamic report was automatically generated and embedded with the custom visuals.
The report’s tone and presentation matched the avatar style for cohesion.
Each report was formatted for both web and mobile viewing.
4. QR Code Integration
To streamline access:
A unique QR code was generated for every session.
Users could scan the QR to instantly download or view their report.
QR links were time-limited and tokenized to ensure data privacy and security.
No sensitive data was stored beyond the session unless the user opted to save or share it.
Outcome
The project proved to be a hit among users and stakeholders alike. Key highlights:
High Engagement: Users interacted with the tool for an average of 3–5 minutes—significantly higher than traditional static reports.
Positive Feedback: Over 85% of users reported that they preferred this personalized experience over generic documents.
Increased Shareability: Many users saved or shared their avatar-led reports, creating organic digital word-of-mouth.
The project was also praised internally for blending DBS’s brand values of innovation, simplicity, and human-centric design.
